Terms of Service
Last updated 2 August 2026
These terms apply when you place an order through an ordering page powered by Anunzio. Please read them before ordering — placing an order means you accept them.
Who you are buying from
Anunzio provides the software; it does not cook, sell or deliver food. Your order is a contract between you and the restaurant whose page you are ordering from. The restaurant is responsible for the food, its preparation, its description and allergen information, its price, and the delivery.
Orders and prices
Prices are set by the restaurant and shown in the currency displayed on its page, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees depend on your building and are shown before you confirm. Totals may be rounded to the nearest 25 fils for cash handling.
An order is only accepted once the restaurant confirms it. If an item turns out to be unavailable, the restaurant may contact you to substitute it or cancel that item.
Payment
Payment is made on delivery, in cash or by card machine, directly to the restaurant or its rider. Anunzio never takes card details and never processes your payment.
Cancellations and problems
You can ask the restaurant to cancel an order before it starts preparing your food; once preparation has begun, cancellation is at the restaurant's discretion. Because nothing is charged until delivery, a cancelled order costs you nothing.
If something is wrong with your order — missing, late, or not what you ordered — contact the restaurant first, as they are the seller. If you cannot reach them, write to hello@getmenu.ae and we will help you make contact.
Delivery details you give us
Please make sure your phone number, building and unit are correct; a rider cannot deliver to an address that does not exist. Sharing your map location is optional and only used to help the rider find you.
Acceptable use
Do not place fake orders, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it to harass a restaurant or its staff. We may block access where the service is being abused.
Availability
We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available. It may be interrupted for maintenance or by problems with providers we depend on, including the WhatsApp messaging service used to send order updates.
Our responsibility
Anunzio is responsible for the ordering software. We are not responsible for the food, the delivery, or anything the restaurant does or fails to do. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under UAE consumer law that cannot be limited.
Privacy
How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have jurisdiction over any dispute.
