Get Menu has two kinds of customer, and different documents apply to each. If you ordered food, the terms of service are yours. If you run a restaurant and pay us for the software, the refund and cancellation policy is yours.
What we store, for how long, who can see it, and how to have your data erased. Order details are cleared automatically after 120 days; no card details exist anywhere in the system, because we take no online payment.
