Sell it as your own. Keep the difference.
You get a partner price on every package and decide what the restaurant pays. You keep the difference every month they stay, not once when they sign. There is no commission schedule to read and no approval queue to wait in — your account is live the moment you finish this form.
How the money works
All of it, on one page, before you sign anything. There is one rule below that surprises people — it is the third one, and we would rather you met it here than in an error message.
Every package has a partner price — what you pay us for it. What the restaurant pays is whatever you decide to charge them. The difference is yours, and it is one number rather than a commission schedule with conditions attached to it. “Wholesale” here means nothing more than that: a price we have given YOU and not the restaurants. There is no minimum, nothing is bought in bulk, and it is the same price whether you sell one restaurant or fifty.
The restaurant is invoiced directly and pays us, every month. At the end of each month we close your book: every restaurant of yours becomes one line, and the balance is what we owe you — or, if you sold below your partner price, what you owe us. This is not an introduction fee. A restaurant you sold two years ago still pays you every month it trades.
This is the one rule that surprises people, so it is here rather than in an error message. Discounting below wholesale creates a shortfall, and a shortfall is recovered by netting it off against your future payouts. With no other paying restaurant there are no payouts to net it against — so the floor lifts as soon as you have 1 other restaurant on a paid plan, and from then on you may price a deal however you like.
Restaurants are billed in their own currency. If you hold restaurants in two, you have two balances and you are paid twice — we will not convert one into the other on your behalf.
Nothing automated moves money. When a balance is positive we transfer it and record the bank reference against the lines it closed, so what you were shown is what was paid. That is why we ask for your bank details when you sign up.

People who are already in the room
The restaurants that say yes are the ones being asked by somebody they already deal with. If that is you, this is priced to be worth your time rather than to be a referral link.
You already sell to restaurants
POS terminals, kitchen equipment, packaging, accounting. You are in their office anyway, and ordering is the thing they complain about while you are there.
You run an agency or a studio
You build the website and the brand. This is the ordering system underneath it, priced by you and billed as part of what you already charge.
You have the audience
You know the restaurant owners in your city and they answer your messages. That is worth more than a commission link, so this pays like a business rather than an affiliate scheme.
Four steps, and none of them wait on us
Your portal opens immediately with every package and the partner price you pay for each one. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed.
Your portal gives you your own onboarding link, and a restaurant signing up through it arrives already attached to you. For the ones who will never fill in a form, create the account for them from your portal instead and set the whole thing up — menu, hours, delivery areas. They then accept an invite and choose their own password; you never see it, and your access ends the moment they do.
Per restaurant, in your portal, within the rules on this page. They are invoiced at your price, by us.
Each month your restaurants close into one line each. When your balance is positive we transfer it and record the reference against the lines it closed.

A reminder on the lock screen, as they walk past
Everything else in your bag does menus and messages. This is the one nobody in the room has seen: a customer carrying the restaurant’s loyalty card gets a quiet nudge on the lock screen as they pass a place the restaurant picked. Not a mailshot hoping to land at a good moment — the moment itself.
They choose the spots
The office tower across the road. The mall entrance. The car park they all use on a Friday. Up to seven places on the top plan, each with its own line of text, all set from their own screen in a couple of minutes.
There is nothing to install
It works on the loyalty card already in the customer's phone — the one they added themselves after an order. No app, no download, no permission dialog to talk them through.
It is their message, not ours
“Lunch is on until three” outside the offices. “Two minutes away” at the mall door. The restaurant writes the sentence and can change it whenever the offer changes.
Questions partners actually ask
Your prices are all over this website — so where does my margin come from?
The prices you see on our pricing page are the RETAIL prices, which is what a restaurant pays if it comes to us directly. You do not pay those. You get a partner price — a discounted, wholesale price that only you see — and you decide what to charge the restaurant. The difference is yours. You can also charge them for your own work on top: the setup, the menu build, the training, the being-there-when-something-breaks. We do not set that and we do not take a cut of it.
“Wholesale” — do I have to buy a minimum, or commit to a number of restaurants?
No. Nothing is bought in bulk and there is no minimum, no commitment and no stock. “Wholesale” here only means the price is one we have given YOU and not the restaurants — it is your price for a package, and it is the same whether you sell one restaurant or fifty.
Am I paid once, or every month?
Every month, for as long as the restaurant stays. The restaurant pays us monthly at the price you set, and each month your book closes with one line per restaurant — the difference between what they paid and your partner price. This is not an introduction fee: a restaurant you sold two years ago is still paying you every month it trades. It is also why it is worth setting them up properly rather than quickly.
Do I get my own website?
Yes, and it takes about a minute. Your portal has one short form — a name, your WhatsApp number, a logo if you have one — and saving it publishes a site at your own address on restaurantorder.site, live the moment you save unless you untick the publish box to work on it first. It carries your brand and none of ours, and it comes with a full pricing page showing the prices YOU set rather than our published ones. To be exact about one thing rather than let you assume it: that address is a subdomain we host and run for you, up to twelve characters, not a domain of your own. There is nothing to buy, point, renew or break.
Is there anything I can actually put in front of a restaurant?
Seventy-six flyers, in five sets: the whole system on one page, one capability at a time, ones written for a particular kind of place, ones that open with a problem the owner already has, and one flyer per module of the product — so every feature the platform ships is on a flyer somewhere. You set your details once, then email yourself the kit — a PDF per flyer to send on WhatsApp, one combined PDF to read through, and web versions you can edit. Each one carries your trading name, your tagline, your website, your phone and your email, including the line saying who you sell to, so a partner working outside the UAE is not left inheriting a claim about ours. Our name, our number and our wordmark appear on none of them, and that is enforced by the code rather than left to somebody remembering.
What if I do not have a logo or all my details yet?
Leave those fields empty and carry on. A blank field does not leave a placeholder for you to hunt down later — the line simply is not there. Without a logo your website leads with your trading name instead, which reads as deliberate rather than unfinished. The only thing genuinely required is a WhatsApp number, because every button on the page dials it. Add the rest whenever you have it; the website and the flyer kit each take a fresh save at any time.
Is there an approval step?
No. Your account is active the moment you finish signing up, and the portal opens straight away. We do not hold applications in a queue.
Does the restaurant know I am a partner?
They are invoiced by us at the price you set, and your trading name appears on that relationship. What they never see is your partner price or what you earn — that is between you and us.
What if a restaurant stops paying?
Then nothing settles for that restaurant that month, and nothing is owed either way on it. Partner lines are only created from money that actually arrived — you are never asked to fund a customer we were not paid by.
Can I hold restaurants in more than one country?
Yes, and restaurants are billed in their own currency. You then hold one balance per currency and are paid separately in each; we will not convert one into another on your behalf.
Can I be a partner and an affiliate?
No — the two are exclusive by design. An affiliate introduces a restaurant for a commission and never sets a price. A partner is given a lower price than the published one and prices the deal themselves. Pick the one that fits how you work.
What do you need from me to pay out?
Bank details, which is why the form asks for them. Payouts are made by a person doing a bank transfer, not by an automated system, so we need somewhere to send the money before we owe you any.
