SMS is included on this track too — SMS from your own SIM when WhatsApp cannot deliver, the same as on the monthly plans; the tracks differ in how you pay, not in what you get.
Rates are per order and exclude 5% VAT — VAT is added at charge time, the same basis as the monthly prices above. Cancelled orders count too: an order used the platform whether or not the kitchen finished it.
A card is required up front. Pay-as-you-go only starts once a card is on file — there is no cash-later on this track.
There is no free trial on pay-as-you-go, and switching to it ends a running trial the moment it is applied. If you want to try the product first, start on the free trial above and choose this track at the end of it. Subscribing takes a couple of minutes: pick a package, sign up, and add your card on Stripe’s secure page — Apple Pay, Google Pay or card.

Really. The monthly fee is the entire cost of the software. We never see the money from your orders, because your customers pay you directly in cash or on your own card machine.
No. You give us your restaurant details and start using it. Nothing can be charged because we have nothing to charge.
If you have chosen a plan, you carry on and we invoice you. If you have not, the account is suspended and your storefront stops taking orders. Your data stays for a further week in case you change your mind.
Yes, up or down, whenever you like. Moving up switches the extra features on immediately.
We invoice you and you settle by bank transfer. Invoices are issued in the UAE with VAT and our TRN, so they go straight into your accounts.
No minimum term on monthly billing. Tell us to stop and we stop at the end of the month you have paid for. Export your customer list on the way out.
Each branch needs its own plan, but we price them together rather than at list price. Tell us how many outlets you run and we will quote.
Yes — it is included in every plan, on both tracks. Connect a spare Android phone with a SIM and it becomes the backup for order messages: when WhatsApp cannot reach a customer — they are not on WhatsApp, or your connection is down — that customer’s confirmation goes out as a text instead. One message per order, on one channel, so nobody is told about the same order twice and rings you to ask why they were charged for two. Your mobile operator charges for the texts; the feature itself costs nothing extra.
Only if you want your own web address, which you buy from a domain registrar for roughly USD 10 to 20 a year. Everything else is included in the plan.
