A customer says their card still shows the old number — is it broken?

Almost certainly not. Cards update in the background, usually within minutes of the stamp landing — and a stamp lands only when the order is COMPLETE (you marked it delivered, or the completion timer ran out). Order still open on your board? The stamp is not earned yet. The Passholders tab shows each cardholder's count and last update.
