Can a customer redeem a reward twice, or pass the code to a friend?

A reward code is single-use — first redemption consumes it, whoever types it. If you would rather it could not travel at all, choose auto-apply as the redemption mode: the reward is tied to the earning customer's own number and claimed exactly once.
