Can a manager see revenue numbers?

Yes — managers see the operational panel including the dashboard and reports, because a shift lead who cannot see today's takings cannot run the shift. There are two roles, owner and manager, and what a manager is refused is short and specific: Plan & billing, cancelling an order that was already DELIVERED, setting up the WhatsApp connection, and creating other logins. Each is refused with a plain notice naming the reason rather than by hiding the link. Create manager logins yourself under Settings → Team; if you genuinely need a role that cannot see money, tell us — that request is what would build it.
