Can a station print a ticket and show it on the kitchen screen at the same time?

Yes. When you add a station under Settings → Printing & receipts, give it a printer and also tick Also on the kitchen screen. Each dish set to that station then prints its ticket and appears on a screen filtered to that station. If the printer stops answering, the dishes print at the counter with the station's name across the top, so nothing is lost. The Tables, tabs and the kitchen screen tab in the docs covers stations.
