Can I buy in kilograms but write my recipe in grams?

Not in the same ingredient. A recipe line is typed in that ingredient's own unit, so if the ingredient is in kilograms then 0.15 is your hundred and fifty grams. If that feels awkward, set the ingredient up in grams instead and type 150. Choose the unit that makes recipes easy to type, because you will type far more recipe lines than deliveries.
