Can I give my manager their own login instead of sharing mine?

Yes, and please do — Settings → Team (owner only): enter their name and email, and you get a one-time password shown exactly once, which you hand over yourself; they change it after first sign-in. Up to 5 managers, each removable with one click when someone moves on, and the change log then names who did what — the whole reason not to share one login.
