Can I make only certain dishes earn a stamp?

Yes. Choose per qualifying item on the Loyalty and stamps page and tick the dishes. Only those earn. It is a good way to push the items you actually make money on, or to stop a cheap add on from filling cards. Everything else on the menu still sells normally, it just does not add a stamp.
