Can I see who took each sale?

Yes, that is what the four numbers are for. Every sale carries the person who rang it up, and refunds, voids and drawer movements carry the manager who approved them. Reports, Shifts and the POS lists each shift with who opened it, who closed it, what it took in and how the drawer counted. One PIN shared by everybody throws all of that away, so give each person their own.
