Yes. The selling screen lets you type something in by hand: a name, a price and a quantity. It goes on the receipt and into the day's takings like anything else, so a counter never has to say no. Two honest limits: it counts no stock, and it does not reach your best sellers list. If you type the same thing in every day, put it on the menu properly.
