Can I sell a hundred card for ninety?

Yes. On the item, fill Card value with a hundred and set the Price to ninety. Leave Card value blank and the card is simply worth what they paid. Selling a card for a little less than it holds is the oldest gift card offer there is and it works, but count the difference as a discount before you set it.
