Can I still change a purchase order after I have sent it?

You can no longer edit its lines, because a sent order is a promise to somebody else. You can still cancel it and you can still receive it. If your supplier swaps something or brings a different size, receive the quantities that actually arrived and put the difference right with a stock take afterwards.
