Can I upgrade or downgrade plans mid-month?

Choosing your FIRST plan is self-serve: Settings → Plan & billing lists every plan we sell with its price, and pressing one takes you to Stripe's own page to save a card. Changing plan afterwards is a conversation with us rather than a button — deliberately, because we never move a restaurant between plans by surprise, and because the price you agreed is fixed at the moment you chose it and a later price change never rewrites it. Message us and it is usually done the same day; features follow the plan immediately, and anything outside it goes back to showing a lock rather than disappearing.
