Can my accountant have a login that only shows the reports?

There is no reports-only role today. The two roles are owner and manager, and a manager login made under Settings → Team sees the dashboard, the statements and every report, along with the orders and the menu. What a manager cannot see is Settings → Plan & billing, so what you pay us stays yours. Most restaurants do not give the accountant a login at all: download the PDF and the XLSX from Reports → Monthly statements once a month and send them. Every download is written to your change log with the month and who took it, which is a record worth having.
