Can my manager see the billing screen?

No. Plan & billing is owner-only, and a manager who opens it gets a plain notice rather than a blank page or an error. Two other things refuse managers by name: cancelling an order that has already been marked delivered, and the WhatsApp connection and its groups. Everything else in the panel they run day to day.
