Can my staff record their working hours on the counter device?

Yes. They clock in and out with the same four numbers they sign in with, and the hours come out in your reports, so the sheet of paper by the back door can go. The docs tab Staff, PINs and hours covers the report side and what a manager is able to correct afterwards.
