Can one order earn more than one reward at once?

It can, up to five. That cap exists for the per amount spent rule, where a very large order against a small amount per stamp could otherwise produce a pile of rewards from a single sale. In normal use nobody meets it. If you are hitting it, your AED per stamp is set far too low for your average order.
