Can the same delivery be received twice by mistake?

No. Once an order is received or cancelled it is closed, and receiving it again is refused. That is what stops a delivery landing on the shelf twice because you and your chef both pressed the button. If something really did arrive in two parts, receive what came and record the rest with a stock take.
