Do counter sales show up in my monthly statement?

Yes. A counter sale is an order like any other, so it counts in your dashboard revenue, your monthly statement and your orders export, all from the same arithmetic. There is no second set of books for the point of sale. The Reports and insights tab explains what a statement counts and why a closed month never changes.
