Do I need stamps switched on for earned gift cards to work?

Only for one of the five rules. Loyalty cards completed counts full sets of stamps, so it needs your stamp card running. Orders completed, days they have ordered on, total spent and years since their first order all count things we already know from orders, so they work with no loyalty programme at all.
