Does adding the POS change my monthly plan price?

No. The plan price stays exactly what it was. The POS is a separate yearly amount with its own tax invoice and its own renewal date, which is also why a problem with one never quietly changes the other. If you later move to a different plan, the POS year you have already paid for is untouched and keeps its own date.
