Does my dashboard revenue include counter sales?

Yes, and it excludes cancelled ones, exactly as it does for online orders. If you want the counter on its own, Reports, Shifts and the POS separates it out and puts your average counter sale next to your average online order, which is often the more interesting number of the two.
