Does the platform take a commission per order?

No — we never take a percentage of what your customer spends, on either plan. A monthly plan is a fixed fee whatever you sell. Pay-as-you-go charges a small FIXED amount per order, which is still not a commission: an order of AED 300 costs you exactly what an order of AED 30 costs. The money your customer hands over is yours in full — we are never in the payment path at all, since customers pay you cash or card machine on delivery.
