Does the POS print receipts in Arabic?

Yes. Choose the language under Settings, The POS, Printing and receipts. Arabic prints as a picture rather than as letters, because a receipt printer cannot join Arabic letters up correctly on its own, so it comes out properly formed instead of backwards. The other language is always one tap away on any past sale if somebody asks for a copy.
