How do I cancel a sale that has already printed?

If it was not paid for, a manager voids it with a reason. If it was paid for, it is a refund rather than a void. Either way the sale stays on record, marked, with the reason and the person on it. Sales cancelled after printing get their own figure on Reports, Shifts and the POS, which is a number worth watching.
