How do I get the grill and the juice counter to print separately?

Add a station for each place that cooks, under Settings, The POS, Printing and receipts. Give each its printer address and how many copies it needs. Then on each dish, pick who cooks it. One order becomes one ticket per station, and every ticket carries the same order number so the kitchen can see it is one order in two halves.
