How do I give a customer their money back?

On the POS open Find a sale and search by the receipt number, an amount, or the last four digits of their phone. Tick the dishes going back, then a manager picks their own name and types their own four numbers to approve it. The money goes back the way it was paid, you choose whether the stock goes back on the shelf, and the receipt prints again with the refund on it. You can never give back more than that sale took.
