You do not have to. There is one menu and one set of prices, and both the counter and your ordering page read it. Change a price in the Menu screen and it is the new price everywhere within a minute. This is the main reason restaurant management software that owns both is easier to live with than a POS and a website that have to be kept in step by hand.
