How do I start a shift on the POS?

Sign in with your four digits and press Start the day. The POS asks how much change is in the drawer, you count the notes and coins that are already there, and that becomes your float. Press the button and the point of sale is ready to sell. Opening a shift is also the moment dishes the kitchen marked sold out yesterday come back on their own.
