How many customer tiers can I have?

Three, in a ladder you name yourself. Set how many completed orders each one needs, and each threshold has to be higher than the one above it. Each tier gives one of three things: status only, a coupon code when they reach it, or a percentage off every order automatically. Tiers are worked out from completed orders every time, so a cancelled order never leaves somebody a level too high.
