I only want the counter, not the ordering page. Is there a plan for that?

Not today. The POS is an add-on to a plan rather than a product on its own, and the plan is what holds your menu, your prices, your stock and your reports. In practice the page costs you nothing to leave switched on, and most restaurants who came for the counter end up taking orders through it anyway.
