I run a pizza place with half and half toppings and a long list of extras. Can a pizza POS here handle all those options?

Yes, because the POS sells from the same menu as your ordering page, and every dish carries its option groups. Set them up on the dish under Menu: a Size group marked Must pick, an Extras group with a Max picks number and a price on each choice. On the POS the cashier taps the pizza, answers the same groups, and the price updates as they pick. A one off request that is not on the menu goes on as a hand typed line with a name and a price. A pizza POS only works when the options are right, so build them once on the Menu page and both the counter and the ordering page use them.
