Marketing only leaves inside sending hours in your own timezone, and that is checked at the moment of sending rather than stamped when you queued it. So something queued at midnight waits and goes out in the morning window instead of waking your customers up. Order confirmations and delivery updates are unaffected — they are a different lane entirely.
