Yes, on the dishes you track. One set of counts covers the counter and the ordering page, so a dish that runs out at the counter goes sold out on your page at the same moment. The POS has its own Stock screen for putting stock back, counting a dish and recording waste. Dishes you do not track are left alone and keep selling.
