Is the POS menu the same menu as my ordering page?

Yes, one menu. Change a price in your admin and both change. The device keeps a copy so it can sell without wifi, and it refreshes that copy when it syncs, so give a device a moment online after a big menu change. Prices are always worked out on our side when the sale is charged, never from the copy on the device.
