Is there a list of every message you might ever send in my restaurant's name?

Yes. Open Reports → What we can send. It lists every message type that can go out under your name: what triggers it, the exact wording you last sent, and whether it is switched on. It is the screen to read before you go live, when nothing has gone wrong yet, because a history only shows what already went. Message history next to it is the other half: what actually went, with the reason in plain English when one failed. The Reports & insights tab in the docs explains both cards.
