Is there a way to see food cost in Reports?

Not today. Food cost lives on Menu, then Recipes & food cost, which lists every dish with its price, cost, margin and ingredient count and shows your average margin in the heading. Reports & insights covers sales, shifts, staff hours and messages. If you want a snapshot for a meeting, take it from the Recipes page.
