Monthly or pay-as-you-go — how do I choose?

Ask one question: is your week steady? A restaurant with a reliable order flow pays less on a monthly plan, because a fixed fee spread over a lot of orders is cheap per order. A seasonal kitchen, a new opening or a place that shuts for two months of the year is better off paying per order and paying almost nothing in a quiet week. Both are on Settings → Plan & billing with their real prices, both add 5% VAT, and choosing pay-as-you-go asks you to tick one acknowledgement first — no monthly fee, charged per order, cancelled orders count. You are not locked in either way; tell us if the shape of your business changes.
