My auditor wants every invoice you have sent me for the year. Do I download them one by one?

Yes, one PDF each. Open Settings → Plan & billing, owner only. Every tax invoice issued to you is listed with its number, the period it covers, the amount excluding VAT, the VAT and the total, and each one downloads as a PDF. Credit notes sit in their own tab. An invoice is never edited or deleted, so what you download in December is what was issued in March. Restaurant invoice management for what you pay us is that one screen; your own customers' invoices are a different thing, under the orders board.
