Our counter is downstairs and the kitchen is upstairs. Will a POS kitchen display system still get the tickets?

Yes. The kitchen screen does not need to be near the counter, because tickets reach it through your internet connection rather than a cable. Pair a tablet upstairs as A screen in the kitchen under Settings → The POS and it shows every order from the counter, the tables, the ordering page and the delivery apps. It refreshes itself every ten seconds and shows a new ticket with a green edge. Both floors need wifi for this to work, so check the signal upstairs before service.
