We are a small hotel restaurant. Can guests charge meals to their room with a hospitality POS like this?

There is no room charge feature as such, but house accounts come close. Set up an account per room under Settings → House accounts with a limit, and the cashier picks House account on the Charge screen and chooses the room. When the guest checks out, record their payment on the account and print the statement. Close the account when the room empties and reopen it for the next guest. Hospitality point of sale systems built for large hotels do more than this, so it suits a small place rather than a resort.
