We run a busy shawarma counter with a queue at lunch. Is this a quick service restaurant POS or is it built for table service?

It does both, and the counter side is built for speed. A quick service restaurant POS here is three taps: tap the dishes, press Charge, take the money, and the change is worked out for you. Under Settings → Arranging the POS you can drag your ten fastest sellers into the Most sold tab so they sit on the first screen. On the device's own settings you can choose to print the kitchen ticket before the receipt, so the kitchen starts while the customer is still paying. Tables, tabs and rounds exist too, but you never have to touch them. The POS and the counter tab in the docs walks through the selling screen.
