What can an earned gift card rule count?

Five things. Orders completed, days they have ordered on, total spent, loyalty cards completed, and years since their first order. Days means different days, so three orders in one afternoon counts as one day. Only the loyalty cards rule needs your stamp card switched on. The other four work on their own.
