What does Should be there mean on the closing screen?

It is the cash the POS expects in the tray: your float, plus cash sales, plus money paid in and cash handed in from tables, minus cash refunds and anything paid out. Card sales are not in it, because a card sale changes the report and not the tray. Counted minus Should be there is the difference, shown as Short by or Over by.
