What happens if I retire an ingredient I no longer buy?

It drops out of the lists you pick from, so nobody can add it to a new recipe or a new order by accident. Nothing is deleted and its history stays where it is. Bring back puts it in use again, and adding an ingredient with the same name later brings the old one back rather than creating a second one.
