What is in the shifts CSV that is not on the screen?

Quite a lot. The screen is built for a quick scan; the file is built for your accountant. Per shift it carries sales, gross, cash, non cash, refunds, voids, discounts, the float, money paid in and out, cash handed in from tables, what should have been in the drawer, what was counted, the difference and the closing note.
