What is store credit and when should I use it?

Store credit is money you put against a named customer, found by their phone number. Use it when an order went wrong, when you want to apologise, or when a refund is better kept in the restaurant than handed back in cash. Marketing, then Store credit, then the Add credit panel: their number, the amount, and a reason.
